Welcome to our beautiful, spacious three bedroom condo on Crescent Beach, with a breathtaking view of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Wash away the stress and simply relax and enjoy your vacation. Being a little further down A1a, the beach will feel like your own private getaway. We offer our guests a comfortable and cozy king bed in the master suite where you can take in the view of the ocean and beach from a private glass slider to the balcony. This unit really gives you wonderful views from any off our bedrooms. The living room has lots of seating so you can curl up and watch a family movie on the large flat screen TV. The living room faces the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean with a glass sliding door out to the private balcony, where you can sit or lounge and listen to the tranquil surf. The kitchen is spacious and offers all the amenities you need to make vacation carefree. The dining room has a very nice eight place setting table, giving your family a place to always dine together. There is a sitting area next to the dining room where you can relax and maybe read a book.

#### St Augustine/Crescent Beach never disappoints.

Our fishing people loved the dock. Confo was comfortable. Linens could be upgraded. Kitchen is well equipped.
