The property worked well for us because it had enough bedrooms, and the common space was large enough. The living room worked will for a large group, with ample seating and a large TV. However, based on how busy St. Augustine was, it was nice to be away from the daily hustle and bustle of other tourists. It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown St Augustine , with easy access to restaurants and museums, making it a great spot for families.One of the best parts was how pet-friendly it was! The house had plenty of space for our dogs to roam around freely, and the yard was big enough for them to play and enjoy themselves. I was staying with several adult friends for a birthday weekend. We had plenty of space to gather as a group in the home/on the porch or spend time alone in our separate rooms. We all agreed that the house was comfortable and clean. Talk about location! If you want to sight-see downtown St Augustine, the house is a safe/short 15 minute walk. There's a cute coffee shop just a few blocks away and plenty of other eateries within walking distance.The host was very accommodating with some last minute changes.
