Wide windows framed the lush surroundings and provides natural lightning to the home. Spend your days at the beach basking in the sun, building sandcastles, or riding the waves on the two surfboards provided. Take a leisurely walk to the nearby waterfront restaurants, offering an array of delicious cuisine and breathtaking views. Available when needed. Vilano Beach, a serene coastal village, is well-known for its sand-covered Atlantic coastline and fishing pier that extends into the Tolomato River. Around the pier, which is designated by the Bluebird of Happiness, a vintage statue that has been repaired, are unpretentious beach barbecues, pizza joints, and a marina. Mosaic artwork portraying regional wildlife can be found along the Vilano Beach Nature Boardwalk, which winds through wetlands close to the Francis and Mary Usina Bridge. Guests will have full access to the home. With three bedrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. Each tastefully decorated bedroom offers a cozy sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation after a day of beachside adventures. Three well-appointed bathrooms ensure privacy and convenience for everyone. Gas Golf Cart: Cruise around town with ease and style, seats up to 6 passengers, street legal, 4 inch lift, and lights. Please let us know 24 hours before you reservation if you would like to use the golf cart, we will then send out a damage waiver to sign. Our home sleeps 9\. Full kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with a flat screen TV. Issue: the house is located below sea level, and the entire lot below the house floods with heavy rain fall. On day we checked in for a three-day weekend, there was heavy rain. The entire lot had 6"+ of water that created challenges to enter / exit, especially with pets. ##### Ben G. It was a cool feeling approaching the property and feeling like I was in a secluded Florida bungalow with forest providing privacy. The proximity to the beach was great and they have bikes to ride back and forth if needed. The other amneties they offered were much appreciated. (My daughter loved the boogie board and my parents appreciated the beach chairs). Close by was a gem of a restaurant in Aunt Kates. Great food and atomosphere. Andrew and Melody were fantastic hosts who communicated very well and made the check in and check out process a breeze. If you want to feel secluded in a modern take of a Florida bungalow give this home a whirl! ##### Erik R. Stayed 3 nights in Jul 2023 ### 8/10 Good #### John H. 14 May 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Worth considering for a stay at Vilano Beach A modern design on a quiet residential street less than 400yds from the beach - and a similar very walkable distance to two local restaurants. We particularly liked the large screened balcony. Like most of the accommodation. this is on 2F - so you look out onto the trees and bushes that screen the property from its neighbours. The large open living space - lounge / dining table / kitchen - inside is great too. Not a problem for us, but just be aware if you are a larger group that - as mentioned in some other reviews - the 3rd bathroom is across the yard from the main building. Probably best used for showers after the beach. If you already know the area, you'll know that the main attraction is the beach which - very literally - goes on for miles. We loved it, but if you're looking for action and nightlife, you'll probably find yourself driving to St Augustine or St Augustine Beach. Not a big problem - just something to be aware of. ##### John H. Wish I would have known it was Valano beach though. I have to admit it was partially my fault because I did not spell out the number twelve when I looked up directions. I assumed since it said St. Augustine that was the beach it was on where there would have been more things within walking distance. The location is nice and secluded for a traveler that might want that though. The only other thing I disliked was that the beach access that was in walking distance is very steep with a telephone pole laying halfway across it. There are no stairs and no trash can or bathrooms there either, so you have to haul your trash back. It really is a lovely house though with everything you need except groceries!😊 Also the neighbor across the street is super nice and can give you some great tips on places where the locals eat! ##### Kristin D. Weather was very cool which limited use of outdoor area. Think it should be mentioned that the 3rd bathroom is in unattached building. Location should say 'Vilano Beach' area. ##### Pam T.
