It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to everywhere we had planned to visit - downtown/historic district. Martony was very helpful with all of our questions and answered in a timely manner. Communication with the host was seamless. The house was ready on time and was clean. The location is within reasonable walking distance (we had a six year old with us) from St.George Street. However, we frequently saw the trolley at a stop a few hundred feet from the house so that would be another great transportation option. I brought coffee with me, but there’s also a great little cafe that just opened about one block away for anyone that needs their early morning coffee before the rest of their family is moving. ##### Nathan D. It is a small house, but it was greatly designed to accommodate. St Augustine has so much to offer as far as restaurants and things to see that when we got back to the house at the end of day... it was a little sanctuary.
