Located just 0.8 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine and minutes from pristine beaches, this home is ideal for your Florida getaway. This is a one-story home\*\*\* Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 8 guests at any given time. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property. \-You must be 21 years old to rent The Anchor House. CLEANING - Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest according to CDC guidelines and recommendations.
