You enter the first floor and no need to worry about stairs. This condo sleeps 6 and has all new bedding with a King in the master, 2 twins in guest room and a sleep sofa in the living room. There a re 3 TV's with a brand new 75" in the living room. All new furniture and tile flooring throughout. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools, making it comfortable to swim all year round. There are 4 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts and a pickleball court. We have 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids. They are conveniently located at either end of the property. Each phase has it's own pool and walkover to the beach. The group I come with likes to cook and we have always had a well stocked kitchen allowing us to cook for a large group. The units are spacious, have comfy furniture and this year we had a new LARGE TV in the living room - a big plus! It's close to the beach, the pools are great and the management has always responded quickly to whatever we needed. The beach is not overly crowded, there are shells if you want to find them. Micro-wave not initially functioning (breaker issue), A/C fan speed would blow your hat off, kitchen cooking utensils & silverware were dirty upon arrival, dishwasher performance left a lot to be desired & television volume control was very inconsistent (worked about 1/2 the time).
