It is furnished with a king, two twins and a full size Murphy bed. Granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances. There are three TV's with Digital Preferred Package, and a DVD player for your viewing pleasure. Tile floors throughout which makes it cool for summer and easy clean up from sand. There is a charcoal grill so our guests can enjoy grilling out at your own unit. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and pickleball courts. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. There is also a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience. We were on the ground floor which is just steps from the wooden steps to the beach and has a great view of the ocean from the family room kitchen and master bedroom. Place was clean when we arrived and everything worked. Kitchen was well stocked with all you need to prepare full meals. I really have no complaints. This condo is managed by a management company, people were super nice when we picked up the keys, when we left the unit we dropped keys in a lock box at their location. One suggestion, may be to install key pads on the unit front doo and eliminate the need for the short trip to pick up and drop off keys.
