There were no tennis courts for this property, it was for a club behind the property. The condo wasn’t clean, the a/c would not go below 75 degrees even when we were gone all day. There were no ceiling fans nor any lighting besides lamps. The property manager said that there was nothing they could do about the a/c situation. We had to go buy a battery for the smoke detector. They didn’t leave any extra detergent, toilet paper or paper towels. This was by far the worst place to stay. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. Big disappointment for us and especially for the kids. Do not rent this property!!! ##### Missy L. We called after hours and gained access to the condo. In the guest bather there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door, tooth paste splattered on mirror in both bathrooms. One garbage bag and one hand towel in kitchen. The coffee pot had coffee grounds all in and all over it. I asked to speak with someone and have not heard back. Advertised as vacation ready! This was not an ocean view property as described in the listing. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues that had not been kept up to par. I had requested a late check out when booking the reservation, and I never head back from anyone to say yes, no or maybe. Additionally - I called the property manager to see about confirming a late check out - and did not receive a reply back. The lack of communication was not appreciated. As someone that has been a licensed real estate agent for 25+ years, I was surprised at the lack of response. The front door lock was extremely difficult to operate, both locking and unlocking, and created an enormous amount of frustration when trying to enter and leave.
