Relax by the gas fireplace in the inviting living room or gather around the firepit under towering oak trees to roast marshmallows and share stories. The well-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining areas provide ample space for family meals or game nights—both indoors and outside on the porches.  
  
Wake up to breathtaking sunrises and unwind with tranquil ocean breezes from one of the two private porches. The primary suite features a king bed, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Additional bedrooms include queen beds, bunk beds, and a toddler setup, with a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, and laundry is made easy with a full-size washer and dryer.

Loved the house! Had everything you could need. Plenty of towels, pots, pans etc. the misleading/ disappointing part was access to the beach/water. We had to load up and drive to a beach. There was no beach access walkable from the house. I believe this changes with storms etc. but the description should be updated. It would have been perfect if we could have walked from our house to the beach, which is what we expected. (Based on descriptions and previous reviews.

#### Nice house/Terrible beds

The house itself is lovely. However the beds are so uncomfortable no one in our party of 8 could sleep well. There were also bugs in the house (sugar ants, roaches). The yard needs maintenance and there was a bag of dog poop left in the back yard. It almost seems as if the property is not well maintained. Also the description is misleading, as you cannot access the beach from the house due to a huge rock barrier. You must drive to one of the public beach access points, several minutes away. The beach itself is very nice, with plush sand and mild waves for swimming.

#### Beware

Please do not stay in this property if you have small children. A lot of the banisters around the property are missing, rotten or loose and this is a danger to young children. The property was very dirty and although it says there are 5 bedrooms one is just a room in the garage that has been converted, so outside insects and lizards are also a problem. The kitchen has old food left from previous renters that is out of date, the drawers and cupboards have food crumbs left in them so we had to wash all the crockery and cutlery before we were able to use them. The garden is not usable as it is all dirt and weeds. Beware as the pictures are very deceptive.
