Room was fairly clean except for some sand on floors. No counter in bathroom. Bed and bedding were clean and reasonably comfortable. Within walking distance to old St Augustine. OK value for budget room.

There is a large gap at the bottom of the door. Rats and bugs could easily come into the room. The smoke detector was removed and wires dangling from the wall. Not safe. Floor was filthy. Room smelled like cigarettes and mildew. We did not feel safe staying there And could not stand the smell. We had to leave early.

Staff at counter for check-in and out very friendly. Few vehicles in the parking lot. Felt empty. Lots transients walking down the sidewalk by the street. My room was depressing - dark walls, not a single picture, one window facing the lot, a small TV. Seemed clean, but found hairs on the bathroom tiles and sink. Part of the chain lock was wobbly. Cheaper option for a male solo traveler, but would not recommend this for a couple looking for something nice, definitely not for a family with small children.

In pictures looks decent but when I stayed it was a different ball game walls in our room not painted at all tv for controller didn’t work bed sheets were all stained up including bath towels they left the paper toilet half used looked like someone pooped before we checked in front desk guy was helpful that’s all

The staff was very accommodating. My reservation wasn't showing in their system but they assured me that i would be taken care of, so helpful & pleasent. The rooms were newly remodeled & i loved the location, walking distance to everything we.needed.

This is just a place to sleep if you have last minute plans downtown It’s clean It’s not nice Walls are being painted, no real bed covers to make rooms look good It’s just what it is A bed to sleep in. Showers only give you cool warm water.

My only real complaint with my stay is that we had no hot water in the shower. The manager did his best to remedy the problem but to no avail. The price is cheap and we booked last minute so that is a bonus. Overall, would stay again, granted the hot water was fixed. They also let us park our car there after we checked out, so we could walk around town. The price was right, can’t complain too much
