### Sandpiper 117 - End Unit Flat with a Bonus Room

Highly sought after first-floor end unit with southern exposure! This condo offers beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The condo has a bonus room and a designated wifi connection. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master is equipped with a king size bed. Guest bedroom offers a twin and full-size bed. In addition, a sleeper sofa offers an extra sleeping arrangement. It's time to put your toes in the sand!  
The Crescent Sandpiper is located on beautiful Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island. The unique shape of the complex allows views of the ocean from every condo. Crescent Sandpiper has one of the shortest walks to the beach with only a few steps from the pool area to Florida's white sandy beach. One of a handful of places on Florida's east coast where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean sunrises from your patio or deck and watch beautiful sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the community patio deck.   
Amenities include a sparkling pool, a separate kiddie pool, wifi access throughout the complex, coined laundry, and private access to Crescent Beach.
