The private balcony is accessible from the living room and Master bedroom, which both showcase direct views of the ocean. The storm shutters came in clutch for us when we put the kiddos down for nap time.The only thing to keep mind is that we had to call Coastal Realty to confirm the condo and pay for the rest of the balance. We didn’t know we had to do that. It didn’t say anything in the booking that we had to do that either.
