Each bedroom offers a comfortable place to recharge after a day by the water or exploring St. Augustine. Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided, and a washer and dryer add convenience for extended stays or sandy beach afternoons. An in-home elevator - with a doorway at least 32 inches wide and a cab at least 52 inches deep - ensures smooth access to every level of the home.

Natural light fills the open living area, where comfortable seating and an HDTV invite you to relax at your own pace. Whether you are streaming a favorite show or catching up on work, Wifi and a dedicated workspace help you stay connected. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan support comfort year-round, while home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit offer added peace of mind. A private entrance and self check-in with a lockbox make arrivals simple.

A patio or balcony extends your living space outdoors, offering a spot to enjoy the ocean air. Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, saltwater. The pool is shared with the North house. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). With beach access just across A1A, shoreline walks and ocean swims are always close by. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided for your convenience.
Parking & additional features
Free parking on premises - 3 spaces - provides plenty of room for vehicles, and the garage can accommodate watercraft such as a boat or jet ski.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
