Golf Cart rentals available. Updated two bedroom, two bathroom, townhouse with a private one car garage with close proximity to the beach. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and a new stair chair lift installed for guests needing assistance to bedrooms. Apply for use. Deposit required. Each bedroom has a balcony, one with a slight view of the ocean. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds. Designated WIFI throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for meal preparation. A full size washer/dryer are located in the garage. Eight beach chairs and eight beach towels are furnished. A charchoal grill is furnished for your family enjoyment. The Ponce Landing complex is an oceanfront complex with grounds that are beautifully maintained and feature two outdoor pools and a private boardwalk to the beach \*\*Additional Pet Fees Apply. Some breeds are not allowed per complex rules. Please see the contract. The Space: Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome, located right near the beach! With two balconies and a patio viewing the pool Bedroom 1 - King bed with smart TV Bedroom 2- 2 Queen beds with smart TV Living Room - Queen sleeper sofa First floor bathroom with walk in shower. Second floor bathroom with full tub Enjoy the full kitchen equipped with all your needs to make a great meal in! Please note pet friendly guests, VRBO/Airbnb does not include pet fee in their check out quote to you. The fee is $125 per pet, 2 pets maximum and breed restricted, no aggressive animals such as pitbulls terriers, rottweilers, dobermans, chows & mastiffs.
