But details of the house needed some attention: black mold growth in both bathrooms on the ceiling and air vents, soiled coffee cups, and unusable backyard (minimal grass and tarp covering), soiled front rocking chairs, and no tv’s in 3 other guest rooms (just in primary and living room).
