We have been staying here for about 7 years. First time ever that we could tell the maintenance / yard man was GONE! The landscaping was usually in immaculate shape but this time it wasn't until Thursday morning (we arrived on the Saturday before) that someone finally cut the grass and did the edging. He did a pretty good job but he left lots of tall weeds around the edges of the property that the "usual" maintenance yard guy would have never left! They may want to bring that guy back! Also, the fact that I had no dealings with the front office was a plus! Rikki with Sovereign & Jacobs was just a text away and was a very kind and helpful person!
