Ocean views from the living room, balcony and master bedroom. Intracoastal view from the 2nd bedroom. The unit is decorated in a beach theme and completely furnished with everything you need during your stay. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet access, an in-unit washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TVs with DVD/Blu Ray Players to entertain the kids after a long day of fun in the sun! We also have beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys, and Pickleball equipment for use during your stay Bedroom configurations: \-Master bedroom: King sized bed, chair, dresser and a flat screen TV \-2nd bedroom: 1 twin, 1 double, 1, dresser and a flat screen TV Additional sleeping: New queen sized sofa sleeper that accommodates 2 guests DVD's, At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. Walking the beach for miles near the quiet end of the Island, swimming in the ocean or heated pool was so relaxing. You have to be comfortable with stairs. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was a perfect size for our family. My kids especially loved the pool, I just wish we realized the pool closest to our condo wasn't heated bc it was broken. Last few days we went a little further to one of the other pools on the property and I couldn't get the kids to get out of the pool.
