The location near the pool and beach was ideal for our daily activities, as both are very close. The beach in this area is amazing and it's a short walk to an area where vehicles aren't a concern, not to mention the parking area adjacent that allows for easy access for all the kids' beach toys. It's a perfect place to see the sunrise or take a walk in the late afternoon. The pool was cleaned every day and the kids loved it as well. Overall, each day was great inside and outside the unit. Best vacation ever!!! Reviewer Comments: This was my family’s 26th year at SummerHouse, and while we love the accommodations and proximity to the beach, interacting with the office staff over the years has not been pleasant. When asked to fix a clogged shower, the front office staff made it seem like a huge inconvenience. Asking them for a visitor parking pass was an inconvenience. Maintenance and grounds keepers are incredibly friendly, however, the lack of customer service in the front office has caused us to rethink our summer accommodations. ##### Lorraine B. Reviewer Comments: Before Cova we were coming here for about 4 years and we came back again this year. Close to a lot of goodeating places and easy to get to the beach or pool.
