We loved the location. The unit was good.

The unit was comfortable and the view was beautiful. We loved the garage. The kitchen needed more space for food. No cutting boards and the downstairs patio only had a table with two chairs where all other units had 4 chairs which we needed. We had to come home a day and half early due to Hurrican Ian. Purchased insurance for this trip think we deserve a one night refund. If we had waited until today; would have not made it out.

Pros and cons

This unit has a great location and a beautiful view of the ocean from the second floor balcony. Appliances were great. So helpful having washer, dryer, garage and patio to rinse off. If you have young children who are on the floor a lot, I do not recommend this unit. Our crawling 8 month old had visibly dirty hands and knees from crawling on the carpet and tile. We laid down blankets on the carpet and wiped down the floors which helped downstairs. We also kept one of the couches covered with a sheet because it was so visibly dirty. I reached out to Coastal Realty about these issues and they quickly responded, offering for housekeeping to come again and sharing that the couch was recently cleaned. Overall, I feel like the unit could use a deep clean, a coat of paint and some minor repairs (difficult to open sliders, bar on the guest room balcony missing, liners in vanity drawers, large area of chipping paint in kitchen/living room, etc)

Great place!

Perfect location, really nice place. Air conditioner was a little loud but outside of that, everything was perfect!
