Condo was very nice. Super easy check-in/check-out process. Short walk to the beach and close to lots of good restaurants. Loved the heated pool. Lots of good communication emails before, during and after stay, so we were super prepared before we even arrived. There were only a few things we had to do before check-out. It is exactly as pictured. Everything is newer, clean, and works. Our bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The kitchen had everything we needed. Took us a few minutes to find the washer/dryer.. lol.. they are in a separate room with the pool noodles, hot water tank, and beach chairs. (a room to the right of the front door) The property is absolutely beautiful. The pools are clean and there is plenty of seating. It's a short walk to the beach, and we used our beach wagon to get our beach stuff down and back. My only issue was a broken coffee pot (& I need my morning coffee) & Sunshine Realty sent someone over ON the 4th of July to bring AND set up a new coffee pot. So, the problem was corrected immediately! Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy. The property was very quiet in the mornings and evenings too. Also, I really appreciated the small things included in the rental stay ... extra garbage bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, soap, shampoo...etc. So thoughtful.
