They supply all dishes, towels, toiletries, this is like bringing your home on vacation with you. All the necessities of home away from home. Was clean, king bed very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Everything you needed for the beach or pool was also at your disposal. The location of the condo has you steps away from both swimming pools and the beach. Loved that in less than five minutes you could get to the ocean. Only six or seven miles to beautiful historic St. Augustine and so many restaurants to choose from. Every restaurant that we tried was great! The city was decked out for the holidays. So many extras provided by the host. Chairs, towels, sand toys, coolers. How can anyone ask for more? Our family will definitely book this condo for another stay on any return trip. It even has the cutest coffee bar station! There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t there. The owner went out of her way to think of little extras you might have forgotten to pack. Communication clear and thorough. Property location excellent, literally one or two minutes from the beach. Our boys loved having access to the pool as well, just as a different option to be outside in the sun. I think it is in a great spot, far enough away from Saint Augustine, that you don’t have to worry about traffic. We can walk to nearby restaurants, or bike a little further down the A1A strip. ##### chris v. Just about like home! Only drawback is it is not directly on the ocean and it's a good walk to the pool and beach - I am disabled so this made it difficult to access these points. Very soft sand, so we had to rent a 4 x 4 to make it easier to get to the beach. Condo itself is 5 stars! ##### Beverly S. Second time staying here and will do so again given the chance. Cheryl has superb communication. Replies quickly. Very comfortable condo, upscale amenities, has everything you need and probably even more. Kitchen is fully stocked, as is the bathrooms. Lots of things included in the closet for the beach (massive amount of beach towels, chairs, tote bags, toys) Master bedroom bed is wonderfully comfortable, as is the large bed in the second bedroom. Nice to have a full size washer and dryer in unit. Lots of notes and info left for us as renters. Clean and up to date furnishings. Entire complex is well maintained, two pools, one heated (both in great shape). I highly recommend this host and unit!!!! ##### Kim T. Check-in was very easy and we were actually able to check in early. We were so excited to realize we were so close to the pool and beach. It poured down the rain on Monday of our trip and completely flooded the pathway to the pool and beach. There was a bit of grass you could walk through but the Maintenace man decided to use it to take the golf cart thru which then made it a muddy and slippery mess. The rain continued the whole week which made the flooding continue to get worse. It also made it impossible to get in or out the back exit to the resort. I did not see any of this information in the reviews I read so I wanted to make sure that other people knew. Especially for those that may be handicapped. ##### Sabrina P. The location was very convenient. We had flown in, so did not bring any beach equipment but it was not needed as Cheryl had provided everything, from large size beach towels, to beach umbrella, tote bag, cooler. If you wanted bougie boards or fun noodles they were there too. The beds were extremely comfortable and communication was very easy. She also allowed us an extra hour for check out since our flight was not leaving until later in the afternoon and we did appreciate that. The only couple of things we were a bit disappointed in, is the fact that we stayed ten nights. With a ten night stay we would have expected more than ONE garbage bag in kitchen and bath and ONE roll of toilet paper. That did seem a bit stingy for a ten night stay, But thankfully we had planned ahead and each stuck a roll of TP in our suitcase along with a couple extra garbage bags. If we had not done that, we would have been upset to have to go purchase a box of garbage bags and TP for our stay. The other thing is, the entire week, we were always thinking that it sure would be nice if she had provided a wagon to help with carrying the chairs and beach umbrella and totes/cooler down to the beach. We were two senior ladies and it was quite difficult for us. Of course that is not really required of condos but it would have helped us out a lot. The walk to the beach is longer than you think. We recommend the condo and would stay again. ##### Karen S.
