Most importantly for us, it was a pet friendly condo. We appreciated being so close to the beach. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our babymoon before our baby girl arrives this fall. The location was great and only a short drive to stores, so many great restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. I will say the walk to the beach was a little far for this pregnant lady in the Florida heat, but definitely manageable. I do recommend using a beach cart/wagon if you want to take a tent, chairs, coolers etc. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was the most equipped one of any condo I’ve stayed it. The condo was clean, spacious, and perfect for a family of four. The condo is steps from the pool and hot tub. The private beach access is on the other side of the condo complex, but the owners supply a little cart you can use if you want to make the walk easier. We found carrying our beach chairs and towels for the short walk was no big deal. The beach is quiet and beautiful. Location is a short drive to St Augustine beach restaurants, alligator farm, lighthouse, and easy 15 min drive into St Augustine. Loved the little extras, like the restaurant menus and extra towels.
