My family and I could not have been happier. We could tell that much care was taken in renovating this unit. The property was clean, peaceful, and had amenities everyone could enjoy. The unit we stayed in (8208) comfortably fit our extended family of 6\. The check-in process at the front entrances as well as our unit was very easy. I appreciated having beach accessories (beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella and chairs) available in our unit for our use. If we needed anything the property operators were only a text away and responded to our needs quickly. I also appreciated that they were in contact with us regularly before our stay and kept us informed about check in. Our family also took advantage of exploring St. Augustine with discounts offered with our stay. My family has only ever stayed in well known hotel chains/resorts but we this place was a hidden gem for us. ##### Toinette F. Only one issue and as soon as I notified the company, it was fixed. This unit is in a great location with easy walk to the beach. Could walk to several local diners as well. Condo nicely decorated, kitchen fully stocked and has beach chairs, umbrella and toys. 1 min walk to beach and nice beach view from balcony. Great location and a quick walk to the beach. The unit was supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, and some toys for the kids. We had an issue with the sink but they were able to send someone out the same day (on a holiday)! Could use a few more kitchen items—small sauce pan, pitcher for lemonade or iced tea, Fine size for 2 adults and 2 teens for a short stay (5 nights) but not much room to spread out. Was nice of owners to leave a few beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for use. Super easy access to the beach. Very nice beach. Pools were nice. Too hot to make use of the tennis & pickleball courts, but they looked fine. An onsite gym would be a great addition to the complex (maybe could be added to the clubhouse, which looked vacant?) Made use of the “one free ticket/day” for kayaking and alligator farm. Both were good activities This was our first trip to St Augustine, but would recommend ##### Ruth G. We rented the apartment on Ocean and Raquet club and it was a very pleasant experience. The unit was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, the hosts were responsive and just a text away with instant answers to our questions and needs. The resort had a heated pool, pickle ball and tennis courts, but the best part was the beach just a few steps away. The resort is walking distance to very good restaurants, supermarket and a short drive from St Augustine, more restaurants and plenty of sightseeing in the historic city which is very walkable.
