It's spotless. Every nook and cranny is clean. The mattresses are all comfortable with quality linens. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans and gadgets that you would ever need. There is a nice selection of beach equipment. We brought our own but there were chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and a wagon. The beach is a quick walk. The pool and pool area are clean. The condo was super clean, spacious, and provided all amenities for my family that you could possibly imagine. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Our family stayed a week and we had a blast! The location is within walking distance to the beach and several excellent restaurants. We were able to ride our bikes to the amphitheater and drove the Bronco on the beach the next day.
