This St. Augustine modern home boasts 2 inviting master bedrooms with 2 king top of the line platform beds, artisan built. The cozy yes oversized open concept living space includes fireplace , washer /dryer, AC, and WiFi and large screen TV. The 2 bathrooms offer both a soaking bathtub and oversized shower for a luxe experience. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Oak flooring, gas stove, tankless water heater, 19 foot soaring ceilings with wonderful lighting. Bar including a coffee bar for your convenience. Ten foot teak dining table in center of the 1000 sq. ft great room ..

Back porch is a country modern dream!!!! Private and comfortable.

Top of the line duvets and linens. Italian dishes and stemware, french enamel pots and pans ...attention to every detail. Keurig coffee pot and pods bottled water for your entire stay. Honestly it is a beauty.

Two couples, small family and or best friends please come and try our "Spring House" .

This property was perfect for our needs!• fenced in yard for the pup, with great outdoor seating on the back porch• less than 10 mins to great restaurants, grocery stores and attractions• quiet neighborhood• very open and roomy spaces• super comfy bedsAt the time of our stay there was no microwave but that wasn’t a problem at all for us. Kitchen could use a pot with lid and lids for the Green pans. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a nice stay in this beautiful new build home. It was close to downtown which was nice. The neighborhood is old.
