Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and private, fenced yard with grill allow for easy cooking at home. Experience all that St. Augustine has to offer within walking or biking distance! Spacious, fully restored, and furnished with many modern pieces - makes our bungalow both comfortable and beautiful. There's plenty of lovely outdoor spaces, too for relaxing, sipping wine and dining. Open Floor plan features a master Bedroom with Master Bath, with a comfortable ultra plush queen bed. 2 other bedrooms share a large bath. One bedroom has 1 Modern Bunk Bed with a twin and a Full Size, and the other bedroom has a plush queen. Additional rooms include a Living Room, Dining Room and kitchen with plenty of space for spreading out. The Large Sofa in the Living Room has a pull out Trundle. The property includes 3 televisions with multiple channels accessed thru Roku; free WiFi and Netflix (Cable TV not available). The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances including coffee maker and is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure Guest access On-site parking is included for up to 2 cars Other things to note We do not have standard cable service for the TVs; we offer Internet TV thru Roku TV which includes Netflix. The walk is not bad from the house to Flagler college and St George Street. It is a quaint neighborhood and we felt safe walking. It was very easy to check in and very clean. There were a few minor issues that I brought up to Ashish which he said he would take care of( mugs, wine bottle opener, dishes and a toaster were not available). The coffee maker had both a regular coffee function and a keurig function. It was a great place to hang out and play board games or nap when it got too hot during the day. Although I didn’t make it to the winery and the distillery, that was within walking distance also. We had a great time and would definitely go back. ##### Jacqueline H. He was readily available to answer all of our questions and requests. The location of the house is ideal for access to attractions in downtown St. Augustine. The house is new, well-equipped, and comfortable. One comment: the bunk beds in the third bedroom are not comfortable for adults. Easy access to downtown. Clean and updated. Really enjoyed the deck off the back of the home. I would recommend suppling more linens. Such as bath towels,dish towels,pot holders and extra blankets. The kitchen lacked mixing bowls and some of the prep items to cook with. The walk way off the side of the house needs to be maintained for easier access to the deck.
