There will likely be some construction noise during guests stays until it's complete.\*\*\* Welcome to Bikini Bungalow Beach Retreat – Your Relaxed Beach Getaway! Just a short, easy walk to Butler Beach, this bright and comfortable home is perfect for families, friends, or couples looking to unwind by the ocean. Featuring three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and two full baths, there’s plenty of room to relax in style. The open living space is inviting and ideal for hanging out after a day at the beach, while the fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze. Step outside to enjoy the screened porch, cozy fire pit, and outdoor dining area—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks in the ocean air. With clean, comfortable spaces and everything you need for a stress-free stay, Bikini Bottom is the ideal home base for your next coastal escape. Book your stay and enjoy all that St. Augustine has to offer—just steps from the sand! The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself! Pets and Service Animals: You must let us know if you are bringing an animal to the home, even if it is a service animal! It's important to let the cleaners know. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee. They must be less than 50lbs each and no aggressive breeds. NO CATS! Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. If you forget to bring blankets, let us know and we will provide you with some. If you bring a pet and do not tell us or pay the fee, we will charge your damage deposit for the pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house. The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Quiet hours are 10pm - 9am. We don't mind if you are in the backyard during quiet hours, we kindly request that our guests be respectful of the neighbors. The neighbors may call the county and complain if guests are being noisy past 10 pm (county noise ordinance). We rarely get complaints from the neighbors, but if we do, we want to be able to tell our guests that there are designated quiet hours. We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. This rental checked all our boxes and there is still so much for us to explore in St. Augustine that when we return, we will rent here again. Close to beach and great access. The kitchen was a bit understocked but sufficient. Fire pit nice and being March it was used. Grill bit to be desired. The best of both worlds! The 3bdrm2batg house was perfect and our 2 (well-behaved) labs loved the backyard and, of course, the beach. Home was everything you could hope for. Clean, safe and steps from the beach. The backyard setup is amazing. We grilled and relaxed out there. It was perfect! The house was nice and well maintained. We walked to the beach each day; maybe a 5 minute or less walk. Lots of restaurants in the area. Close enough to drive to the historic side of town. If we plan another trip to St Augustine, we will definitely consider staying here again. My wife didn’t like the firmness of the beds, but that was the only thing. Super close to the beach! I would only add children’s dishes, this would be great for families with children! The dishes that were provided were beautiful but not toddler friendly! Initial impressions when we arrived were very positive. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. Both the management company and the owner were VERY responsive and immediately addressed a couple of issues we had. While beds can be subjective, I found them comfortable. Location is incredible with the beach about a five minute walk away. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and appreciated the open communication with the owner to discuss our safety at the home. The owner came and installed hurricane protection over the windows and thankfully the home experienced minimal damage.
