About the Resort
Ocean Villas is a well-loved oceanfront complex for vacationers. It is a 10 min drive to historic downtown St Augustine. It is located within the coveted ''golden mile'' of St Augustine Beach, which is the heart of the beach and has wonderful restaurants, shopping and a beautiful beach that extends for miles in either direction North or South, perfect for walking, biking or beachcombing! There is private beach access from the complex and a community beachfront gazebo. There are two pools, the ''lagoon pool'' which is heated in winter, and the beachside zero entry pool, both fresh out of recent renovations.

Beyond the luxury of this unit, the Ocean Villas community offers resort-style amenities that elevate the beachfront experience. Private gated beach access ensures your days by the ocean are both serene and exclusive. Say goodbye to the hassle of beach parking, as this community offers free parking for residents and their guests. The landscape throughout the complex is beautifully maintained, providing a lush and inviting atmosphere.

Parking
- Parking is by parking pass only, there are only 2 spots available at any time. If you lose or drive off with any of the passes, there is a $200 fine per parking pass.

RULES

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges: Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. No pets allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often canโ€™t so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guestโ€™s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.

There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit. The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver, stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

Everything was wonderful, the pictures do not do the place justice. I would highly recommend this condo over every other condo in the neighborhood. The kitchen was top notch, the rooms, and bathrooms, just all were great. The host literally thought of everything! We didnโ€™t need most of the beach stuff we brought. We should have stayed longer than we did. The walk to the beach was like nothing when compared to the quality of the condo. Highly, highly recommend!!!
