It is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. The photos don't do the condo justice, it's actually even nicer than it appears in the pictures and all the rooms are decorated in a tasteful beachy style. Phylis has given a lot of thought to how to make guests comfortable. Switches in the kitchen are labeled; the towels are fluffy and appear new; and the beds and pillows are very comfortable including the pull out couch. When we checked in, we were greeted with chocolates which we appreciated. The location is just what we were looking for...quiet, safe, near the beach and only a few minutes from Old Town St. Augustine. My only regret is that it was just for the weekend.
