This bright and airy 5th floor condo has a gorgeous Coastal theme throughout and can be your home away from home. This unit offers magnificent Southeast views of the Atlantic Ocean from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom. The recently remodeled unit has travertine tile throughout the living areas, beautiful wainscot, with plush carpeting in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen has a tray ceiling with custom lighting and comes fully equipped with new appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, french doors opening onto the sun porch, an adjoining bath with a walk in shower and large walk-in closet with lots of storage. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin sized bed and a large walk-in closet. There is a new front load washer/dryer combo. In the living room you will find a 49 inch smart tv with Netflix capability. This adorable unit boasts ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in every room. DVD, VCR, and high speed internet are among many of the other amenities this unit has to offer. You will have everything you need for your vacation as this condo is equipped with dinner and cookware, linens, cable TV, wireless internet, and a full sized washer and dryer. Anastasia Condos is a beautiful gated community with amenities that include a heated pool, newly resurfaced tennis/pickle ball court, private walkover to the beach, and three elevators. Historic downtown is located just a short drive down A1A where you will find load of local restaurants, family activities, and ample things to do. All of the Anastasia Condo units are smoking free and not pet friendly.

Home away from home

The condo was immaculate and well equipped with everything necessary for a perfect week. A little sign in the kitchen stated “Your Home Away from Home” ,and I couldn’t agree more.
