Victoria Place sits on a 13-acre equestrian property, Enchanted Horse Acres, a magical place for nature lovers. Beautiful and quiet country setting only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of historic St. Augustine and the white sands of Crescent Beach. This is an ideal location between Orlando and Jacksonville with easy access to the freeway, only 45 minutes to Daytona Beach. Our lovely cottage features a full size bed and two twin beds. Large bathroom with double sinks and a large shower, new washer/dryer, large kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, convection countertop oven, microwave, electric skillet, crock pot, dishwasher. A BBQ is also available. The cottage is best suited for a maximum of four guests. A small folding child bed is available upon request. After a day visiting St. Augustine and the surrounding areas, relax on one of the two patio areas or dip in the pool. Please note there are three vacation rentals on property and the pool is shared between them. Pool towels and toys are provided. We are fortunate to be adjacent to the River-to-Sea bike loop, part of Florida's 300-mile rails to trails cycling loop. Feel free to borrow a bike and ride the six-mile paved path though the beauty of "Old Florida." Let me begin by saying that my husband and I and a couple of friends are from the busy city of Miami Fl and wanted to visit St. Augustine. This adorable cottage was a hidden gem! All we could say was WOW WOW WOW when we arrived. The fact there were ponies on the property was an extra bonus! We were literally 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and 10 min from a shopping center with a Publix supermarket, but when we were "on the farm" it felt as if we had the whole city to ourselves. We barbecued one night, breathed in the fresh air and then went out to see the night life of St. Augustine. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was immaculate! So clean (I'm extremely picky about cleanliness) and chic. I would have gladly paid 2x the price to stay at this location. Emmanuelle (the owner) stopped by to feed the horses and she was a pleasure to meet; very helpful with suggestions and information about the city. ##### Christina A. I would give this property and manager 10 stars! My husband and I stayed at the property for a few days. The location is perfect if you are looking for a property just out of town. Just a short 15 minutes drive in to St.Augustine. We stayed in the cottage on the property. The property had all of the amenities needed, to include a large washer and dryer. We were very comfortable. It was great to disconnect and enjoy nature, the pool, and 2 beautiful horses. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with lots of space. The Manager met us when we arrived and communicated thoroughly. She was especially nice and just a quick phone call away if we needed anything at all. I would certainly recommend this property.
