Plenty of space and accommodations for everyone. I’d say it’s not quite walking distance to downtown because it is still about a 20 minute walk and in the florida summertime heat, that can be rough. A couple small restaurants and shops that are nearby walking distance though. There was no ping pong table or darts in the garage, which was no problem because we weren’t spending much time outside due to the weather. This historic home has so much personality and it was updated and decorated beautifully. There was no need or want for anything else- they really made it 5 star. There were two things I would say were not as expected - the pictures had a ping pong table and we were looking forward to playing however there was no ping pong table available for use; the only stairs up and down to back yard are the stairs in front of the house/no garage access from inside house. Nothing major but I can see that becoming really annoying if we stayed a full week there. Everything else was perfect and overall we had a great time. House is clean, up to date and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay overall. ##### Allison B. We stayed for one night. It is a typical older (but good) home. Upon arrival we found a bottle of wine on the kitchen counter welcoming our family. The property was clean and exactly as described 3 bedrooms above and a sofa bed on the main floor. There is only one full bathroom located on the top floor (older homes tend to have lest bathrooms than you would expect). The garage was available to us, but I will recommend replacing the large lamp since it prevented us from parking the Nissan Armada inside the garage as we wanted.... If a smaller lamp can be installed in the garage, it will help the next guest. Still, five stars. ##### Marcos D.
