Direct Oceanfront Top Floor 2/2 Beach Condo At BareFoot Trace #413

  • Welcome to private beach paradise. This is a 4th floor spacious full ocean front condo in an exclusive ocean front building. Incredible ocean views and two new elevators. The condo has been renovated with all new carpet, tile, and granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with flat screen tv s and plenty of cable channels to choose from and roku tv with sling tv, att tv with hbo/showtime and youtube tv (living room).. The master bedroom has an all-window view of the ocean, so you can watch the morning sunrise from your bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and dishes galore. The balcony has been renovated and has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy morning sunrises and evening meals.

    The condo can be easily accessed from the parking lot without climbing any stairs. There are two private boardwalks to the beach, a private heated pool, nicely equipped work out room, pool table, lighted shuffleboard and tennis courts. This condo is also stocked with lounge chairs for beach use, toys for the kids, and boogie boards for everyone to enjoy. Besides the beach itself, the history and tourism of St. Augustine will leave you with something new to see and do every day. This is a strictly NO smoking NO pet condo.
