The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, there was so much paint on the bathroom door that it wouldn't close completely causing paint to chip off. The tub drain very slow ended up in ankle deep water after every shower. great location walking distance to downtown. Price was reasonable for a weekend

When you drive up to the office the first thing you see is a bunch of dead bushes. Not a good first impression. The best part of the stay is clean rooms well appointed. This is due to the super friendly and kindly hotel cleaning women. They are great. The hotel needs to repair the hotel door as it doesn't work, neither does the toilet as it shifts and is loose. Overall the outside looks needlessly bad. Just paint the property a pleasant color, like southern light terracotta as the pictures show on the T V instead of the ugly grey color. Deal with the overgrown dead bushes all over property for some cheerful hot pink petunias. You would be booked up if you just cared for property as rooms are fine.

I love the location of the hotel as many things are def within walking distance (or a cheap Uber ride). The only caveat is that hotel is outdated and rooms are smaller. Definitely workable if you do not care about fancy hotel aesthetic, just a place to rest and shower. But def satisfied with the stay here.
