Easy drive to downtown St Augustine but in a very quiet neighborhood. Clean, very comfortable futon with foam topper (as nice as any bed with a mattress), and parking in front of the house. Close to beach also. Trip was daughter (upper 30’s) and mother (not upper 30’s) and both found the tiny house to be comfortable and perfect for a trip to St Augustine ##### Robin B. I came for a visit from Tennessee to see some friends. This tiny house had a 110v plug I could plug my tesla into!!! I will be staying here again if we choose to come back to St Augustine. This place was perfect. It was so cute and had plenty of space for us the back area is a perfect place to hang out and wine down the location is great 10 min to the beach and to historical downtown St. Augustine.
