The Space:  
Bright and stylishly decorated, our funky uptown cabana is sure to be your next favorite vacation cabana. The cabana sleeps 7, has 2 living rooms, full kitchen and dining area. The backyard is fully fenced in and features a covered/screened in dining area as well as a second dining area outside. The funky uptown cabana even has a putting green for some great outdoor fun!! Walk to get some breakfast and coffee at Dos Cafe or a tasty treat from Creme de la Cocoa (both just 1/3 mile walk away).  
  
Great location in uptown Saint Augustine. Walk to shops, restaurants, Fountain of Youth, and more.

This top location is right in the heart of the Uptown St. Augustine and is only a short 5 minute drive into the city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping.  
  
Getting Around:  
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay.  
  
Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.  
  
Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.  
  
The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.

The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also nice to be so close to the Welcome Center and historic sites, many within walking distance. We come to St Augustine every summer and stay in a different home each time. This was a great location.

Great house in a great location, very clean and comfortable. We came down for Bike Week and wanted to be far enough away so we could get some great riding time but could also enjoy the St. Augustine area. Being very close to old town was the ideal location - great shops and restaurants all around. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Loved the home and setup. The quiet neighborhood was great for walking Layla (our loving Pit). Being so close to the historic district was nice. So many great golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and the city of St. Augustine!

The house was beautiful plenty of room for all 9 of us. It was very clean and plenty of towels. Wish it had a kpod coffee maker is the only thing it didn't have I wish it did. But everything was great easy to get to and easy to get into town.

The house was cute and the location was close to local areas so that was definitely a plus. Overall the house was clean but we did see an unwanted cockroach that came out from one of the closets and the dining table outside was very dusty.

Property manager was responsive. Home was nice and neighborhood was quiet except for construction nearby. Had plenty of room for our family of 6\. Had a great time in St Augustine. It was late most nights when we got home so the comfortable beds were a welcome site.

My family and I stayed for 8 nights at the end of June. Check in was very simple. The house was spotless and all the little details were perfection - little shampoos and soaps in the bathrooms and coffee for a few days. The beds were delightfully comfortable and the house is very tranquil. All members of the family appreciated having their own room in which to relax in after an exhausting day at the beach. Having the washer / dryer was very useful. The kitchen was fully stocked with the basics for cooking - pots and pans and crockery. The kitchen was absolutely spotless and gleaming when we arrived. Sign in to your tv or music streaming services on the big tvs took a few minutes, as it usually does, whether at home or on a pc. The host was incredibly swift with responses to my many emails. Correspondence was professional, helpful and very informative. Thank you for your patience and time. It was greatly appreciated. The property is perfectly located - 6 minutes to Villano Beach and around the corner from grocery and liquor stores. Walmart and Target are 12 minutes away. Attractions like the Alligator Farm or Ripleys are 15 and 6 minutes away respectively. The host has created a very comprehensive document that covers everything about the property to a very helpful list of restaurants and must-dos. Our pup moved right in and was at home in minutes. She was very confused by the glass tabletop, however! Thank you to a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.
