Fully furnished, non-smoking, located 1.2 miles from downtown, 3 miles from beaches, 5 miles from outlet malls. Sleeps 9 comfortably with a king size bed in master room, king size bed in guest room, and 2 full size (bunks) & single in 3rd bd. The mb has two sinks w/ jacuzzi tub & rainfall shower. Gb has shower/bath combo. Two car garage with washer/dryer. Secluded backyard area with fire pit and charcoal grill. 4 smart TV's throughout, high speed WiFi at 349 Mbps! We have plenty of on-sight parking in our oversized driveway that stretches around the back of the property. Other things to note We are a short 5-15 walk to many shops and cafes. Historic downtown itself is a bit further, it is a 35-40 minute walk and we enjoy making the trip during the winter for the lights! If you prefer to drive, it will take you 5-10 minutes to get downtown depending on the traffic. Please note - The Florida east coast railway runs behind our home and you may hear it several times a day. The neighborhood is a hit or miss. Pictures are accurate. Bedrooms, bath and main house all very clean. Kitchen could use a good scrub down. Be sure to bring paper towels and napkins, none are provided, also extra toilet paper if you stay awhile. Outdoor fire pit was awesome. Living room furniture is terribly uncomfortable, use extra bed pillows to soften it up. We had one problem with the plumbing and the host solved it promptly. ##### Rebecca R.
