Casa Coquina ~ Walk to Downtown ~ CLEAN, QUIET, SPACIOUS, HUGE PRIVATE YARD

  • Casa Coquina offers a uniquely central location for your visit to the nation's oldest city. Located directly across from The Conch House Resort/Salt Run Waterway and walking distance to many restaurants & entertainments, this clean, quiet home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large living room, Florida room & outdoor patio with BBQ grill. Brewery lights in the trees over the large outdoor dining area. We are a 2-minute drive to Historic Downtown and 5-minute drive to our beautiful beaches. The huge tree-shaded yard is completely fenced in for child/pet safety and total privacy.
    The home sleeps 6 but is more comfortable with 4 guests as the third bed is the sleeper sofa in the main living area. We welcome responsible pet owners. Please add your pet to the reservation as there is a $25 pet fee per stay.
    Garage and driveway parking available. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Enjoy!

Cottage is very clean, spacious and well stocked. Backyard is a large secure pet paradise! Area is quiet and friendly. Our hosts were very responsive and provided excellent guidance. Check in and out was a breeze. Would certainly reserve this spot again!

Great stay in St. Augustine

We booked our stay here for a weekend stay so we could go to the Night of Lights and we had a great time. The location was perfect for the 4 adults in our party with our dog who really enjoyed the huge backyard. Check in was simple and the accommodations were great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Cleanest house I’ve ever rented, perfect yard for our small dogs, nicely appointed amenities and reasonably prives. We would and will book with them again.

Cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at!

Casa Coquina is extremely clean and the neighborhood is great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Sarah is an excellent property host. Definitely recommend Casa Coquina if you are in need of a place to stay in St. Augustine.

A great home with private backyard

A wonderful home with a great location to enjoy all that St Augustine has to offer. I stayed here last year as well. The private backyard and porch are great for hanging out.

Cozy house in a great location!

We loved our stay at Casa Coquina! The beds were comfy, the layout was nice and spacious and it’s an easy and safe walk to downtown. The fenced backyard was huge and nice to have with our pup. It’s difficult to find a place in this location with a backyard like that!

St. Augustine Pet-Friendly Property

We stayed at this wonderful home that was spacious and had a huge shaded yard for our dog. It is only 1.2 miles from the Fort. It has great access to the beach just minutes down the road. We would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was exactly as shown, the yard was so inviting and our pups loved the size and freedom of it. The neighborhood was conveniently located to the bridge of Lions for a pleasurable walk and The Conch House restaurant was across the street for a delicious dinner right at this beautiful marina resort. We will certainly be back.

Perfect Location for Fun and Relaxation

The place was just as described. My family and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The location was close to the many historic attractions, to the beaches, to the shopping areas, etc. Easy access to everything. Very clean and comfortable. A lot of informative brochures. Great restaurants nearby. Wonderful time away from home!

St. Augustine Gem

After staying in many VRBO properties over the past 20 years, I can honestly say this was the best of the best!! Everything from pictures of the listing, to the descrpition, cleanliness, amenities, location, etc., were all 100% accurate!! Our pups loved the big, totally fenced, back yard, and being able to bring them with us was a huge plus! Sarah, the property owner/ manager, was easy to work with, and very responsive. She has done an amazing job of decorating this lovely home, and has provided the property with eveyrhing you could think of in a home away from home. Clean and neat as could be! This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay while in St. Augustine. The fenced in yard gave some privacy, which we and our pups appreciated. Location was fantastic. 5-10 minutes to just about everything. Bedrooms and living area were cozy and comfortable. Enjoyed playing cards in the enclosed back porch area, and pulling into a garage was so nice! Also (especially as a mom) appreciated the ease and practicality of being able to keep our clothes washed as the week went on so no big overwhelming pile to deal with once we got home. Overall a wonderful place to come back to after sightseeing all day. We would definitely stay again.
