My husband and daughter the same and my daughters best friend. The girls who are in their mid 20's had the entire upstairs and husband and I were downstairs but still had the feeling of being together. Both apartments fully stocked. The location was great for all the surrounding area options for sight seeing, shopping, and dining especially the fountain of youth on Magnolia Street (Beautiful!). The beaches are also a short drive away. Loved that there were two kitchens. The fenced in property was nice since we had our dog. The upper deck was covered in leaves and the couch cushions were laying all over the place so we never sat out there. The door hardware for the bathroom stick which isn't ideal for kids but its an old cottage so I guess that is part of the charm. One of the neighboring properties is a complete mess with creepy toys in the yard and on the porch so could have done without that view, but overall it was a great spot and our family enjoyed it! ##### Casey D.
