Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine. \- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. \- There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. \- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. Clean and spacious we spent a few minutes taking it all in. The bedroom was huge and the bed soft Its a short drive to downtown maybe 5 minutes with no traffic and about the same to the beaches. Although our host contact was minimal it was always responive and quick. In short this was a great stay, in a great location and the home/apartment was great. ##### Jade D.
