Overall, the unit met our expectations in terms of amenities and distance from the beach. Unfortunately, the unit is in desperate need of some TLC. All TV remotes had batteries that were so old that they were corroded and thus the TVs did not function. Several of the knobs on cabinets came off when we tried to open the drawers.
