The Space: Welcome to the Boatyard Oasis, a gorgeous sun-filled home within the peaceful neighborhood of Lincolnville giving you a great base to see the city with everything you could need to stay, play or even work. \*Boatyard Oasis is PET FRIENDLY for one dog- please read additional notes and requirements in House Rules and Other Things to Note section\* Check yourself in and be greeted with a modern open plan living area where you can relax on the luxe leather lounge and stream all your favorites on the big screen smart TV – the perfect place for a movie night in. Step through into the gourmet kitchen and cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner with everything you could need right at your fingertips. There is a large fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, double chef ovens, a glass cooktop, a built in microwave, a Keurig coffee machine and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up. Sit up at the sleek granite breakfast bar for a quick lunch or for meals with the group, gather around the dining area with a stylish table set for six. Don’t feel like cooking? Go for a stroll and be spoilt for choice with many delicious restaurants and cafes to choose from only minutes away. The home is perfectly set up for remote workers or students with a custom workspace by the window with upgraded high speed internet to keep you connected to those all-important zoom calls. There are 3 spacious bedrooms within the home with each offing comfortable beds topped in soft, quality bedding along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The master bedroom is filled with a luxuriously large king bed, its own smart TV and a sparkling ensuite with dual vanities and an oversize walk in shower. Bedroom two features a comfortable queen bed and smart tv while bedroom three is perfect for kids or singles with a twin over queen bunk bed giving you plenty of options for your group or family. The central bathroom offers a relaxing full size bath with an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft fluffy towels for each guest. You’ll also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the front porch in the comfort of a rocking chair as you soak up the morning sun in style. Of an afternoon, make your way out onto the beautiful decked patio where you can chill out with friends on the full outdoor lounge - the perfect place for cocktails while the chef cooks up dinner on the BBQ. Guests are welcome to take out one of the supplied Cruiser bikes and experience this one of a kind city at your own pace or for an on water adventure, you’ll be right across the street from a marina with daily dock rentals so you can bring along your own boat and see the city from a whole different perspective. Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There is also 2 Cruiser bikes with locks that guests are welcome to take out and use. The Neighborhood: The home is located within leafy Lincolnville, home to the largest concentrations of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. The house is right across the street from a marina with daily dock rentals where guests can bring along their own boat and see the city from a different perspective. Jump aboard the Trolley to take an easy tour of the city or cycle out on the supplied Cruiser bikes and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument. Experience sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just minutes from the house. Getting Around: The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with a free parking included with your stay. You’ll have access to Cruiser bikes along with helmets and locks giving you another great way to see the city at your own pace. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. We were very happy we chose Boatyard Oasis! Beautiful home with all the things we needed to make us feel at home! The yard and pool area is really nice and comfy! The house had a wonderful layout with everything needed for our stay. The house is in such a great location that we were able to walk to most places. My son and husband loved the little heated pool in the evenings! Any questions we had the hosts responded promptly. I highly recommend! ##### Melissa B. It’s fresh, sunny and cheerful. It’s in a nice area. We really enjoyed our stay. The master bed is too soft and not supportive but all else was perfect. ##### Leah D. The house was very clean, good location and was just wanted we needed to make our getaway a perfect mini vacation. Easy access to downtown St Augustine for shopping and dinning. It was beautiful, clean, had lots of room and things to do. The porch is a nice place to relax. Side walks all around. It was nice to explore the neighborhood with my dog. It had everything needed for a five star review. The pool was perfect for a small family of four adults. The location was in old town Lincolnville and close to all the sites and just minutes to the beaches…loved Vilano Beach. Located less than a mile away is the Ice House Fish Camp, also five stars. The backyard porch and the cocktail pool was wonderful!! Inside was decorated with a designers eye. Also, everything was well marked and very comfortable and clean. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog too. It is a short and pretty walk to the city center. We would definitely come back again! ##### Laura Y. Area where property was located was close to highly recommended restaurants and shopping. But our favorite thing to do was come home mid afternoon and relax in the wadding pool. It was plenty of space for our family of four and our four legged family member as well. The process for check in and check out are straightforward. It is close to the historic district but in a quiet neighborhood. The house has lots of thoughtful details and the outdoor space is great to have, especially the pool to cool off after exploring. Having the pool, and back deck provided plenty of space for everyone. The location is walkable to town and we used the bikes in the garage to cruise through the neighborhood. The house was designed very nicely and had a homey feel as well as having everything we needed. We would definitely come back to St. Augustine and this home. ##### Jodi M. Danny and Andrea were very communicative and provided an excellent guide that made check in / check out seamless. One of our guest also forgot a few items at the house after checkout, for which Andrea and Danny so graciously reached out to arrange for pick up. Would definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking for a place in the St Augustine area. ##### Myles H. Nicely decorated, just as the pictures showed. Amazed at master and guest bed had Sleep Number mattresses! The back porch and deck with plunge pool provided the perfect place for friends to relax and enjoy some much needed down time. We will rent this home again when we’re back in the area. ##### Ken M.
