It is close to the pool and hot tub and just a short distance to our walkway to our beautiful beach. The kitchen is newly remodeled with new cabinets, counters + stainless steel appliances. The dining room & living room area are tiled and have plenty of seating for 6 people. The living room is newly re-furnished with a sleeper sofa + love seat and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has king bed and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms are carpeted. The enclosed loft bedroom has 2 twin beds + a flat screen TV. Don't forget to enjoy Ocean Gallery to its fullest while you are vacationing! The loft area didn't cool down until after midnight. We think the ac unit is undersized for the condo. We bought a fan for upstairs because it was so uncomfortable.
