House was close to rentals (1/4 mile) if interested in E-bikes which was a lot of fun on the beach (beach had hard sand area for 10 miles or so). The bed was heavenly! Many vacation rentals have a MEH master bed. This one was great - very comfortable. The house is within an easy walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful as well. A quick 4 minute walk to the beach. St Augustine is very pet friendly and our Bella loves it. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was relaxing in the pool in the evening. Overall the house was clean and had the basics. Close to the beach and shopping. Nice short drive to St. Augustine. The property is in an ideal location, just a 3 minute walk to Butler beach. The house was very clean and Glenn is a very helpful, responsive and professional host. Great house with all the amenities and super clean with easy arrival and departure instructions. The pool is outstanding and was a refreshing part of the end of our beach day. Working with Glenn, the owner was simply sensational as he communicated with us with any need that we may have had. If you’re in the Saint Augustine area looking for a great house with a dynamite pool and easy access to the beach and then a great location to restaurants. Very friendly. House is clean and a great location. 10-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute drive to downtown. Pool is nice but be advised, there's no heater so this time of year the water is pretty cold. Then again, I'm FROM Florida so I'm wimpy about cold anything.
