The property is immaculate and extremely well located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance of everything you might want to see or do in St Augustine. Lots of space and sleeping options, great kitchen fully stocked with utensils and appliances. We stayed for Christmas Nights of Lights, and there was a tree in the house with lights waiting for us, along with a leg lamp in the window. Original art on the walls and high quality furniture. Everything was as the pictures showed and even more than them. We loved every amenity except the water pressure in the 1/2 bath shower was very low. We had a family reunion and rented four homes. Except we didn’t have a beach front home, all the family members said if they came again they’d prefer 59 Almeria St. the house is unbelievably clean and tastefully furnished! We will stay there again. If your looking to sightsee downtown St. Augustine and don’t want to bother with parking (hard to find and expensive) this location and property will be the place to stay and have wonderful memories. ##### Kevin F. The property is charming and inviting. It is a great location. I broke my ankle second day of my vacation. I needed to stay indoors for 7 days.
