Beaching or Fishing?

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A boat ramp is approx. 500 feet behind the condo and beach access is right across the road. Or you can enjoy the pool and/or tennis and pickle court on the grounds, as well as community barbecue area.

The condo is located on the second floor and unfortunately the building does not have an elevator.

The condo is pet friendly, however; there is a one dog limit up to 40 pounds.

There is two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach towels available. All you need is your bathing suit!!

Above and Beyond
Communication with owners was awesome. One of the best stocked condos with basic necessities and then some. The items that weren’t furnished, i.e., ironing board and mixer, they plan to provide so guests can have that “at home” feeling, yet in a more relaxed environment. We were used to having a tv in the bedrooms, yet only having it in the living room, provided us with the best sleep in a long time. I say “thank you”. We intend to do the same in our bedroom at home. I also liked that we only had to walk a short distance to the beach to watch the sunrise and a shorter distance to the intercostal waterway to see the sunset. It was a relaxing and serene time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Well equipped and well appointed condo, including very thoughtful touches such as snacks, bottles of water, and even a bottle of wine! Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable beds, easy beach access. Owner responded promptly to our questions/messages.

Great spot right off the beach!
This was a great little condo right off of the beach. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious enough to be able to relax at the end of the day. Having two bathrooms made it nice for everyone getting ready for the day. Location was perfect, a quick 3 minute walk to the ocean, or a one minute walk to the bay. Plus it has tennis, pickleball, and a pool onsite though we didn't use those with our limited time. Overall a great stop for a few days!

Great Unit & Location
Loved this unit and location! This condo had everything we needed for our two-week beach escape. It was very clean, well-stocked, bright, cheerfully decorated and extremely comfortable. We loved being greeted with the big basket of treats and wine (thank you). We appreciated Brenda’s communication prior to arrival. She answered all of our questions patiently and quickly (yes, there are bike racks). No problem with check-in. Rocky even took time from his weekend to stop by and assist us with the television. This unit is located in the BEST building in the complex. The building is perpendicular to the other buildings so it is quieter and more private. Parking is not an issue. This building is also close to the amenities; pickleball, pool and a quick walk brings you to either the beach access or back dock for fishing/kayaking. We never had a problem walking across to the beach access. We highly recommend this unit and owners for your vacation.

Our St. Augustine!
It was so clean, quiet, spacious and close to everything. My husband and I had a great relaxing time even though the weather was a little chilly. It is pet friendly, but we ended up leaving ours at home. Would definately recommend this condo!
