It was pretty clean but cabinets in kitchen were in disarray and closet had broken beach chairs in it. This is a two story unit with bedrooms and one shared bath upstairs and then a bath downstairs. No bathrooms connected to bedrooms. Sheets were rough. Plumbing in upstairs bath was very slow to drain and needs repair. It was just ok. Not somewhere i would stay again. People that live there were really chill and beyond the construction being done, the place was quiet. ##### Lynn J.
