Enjoy a beautiful ocean view while relaxing on the balcony in the sling back chairs or rocker. The queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze of the ceiling fan, the ocean view or the 32" Flat Screen TV. A cute high top table in the kitchen provides the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. The full kitchen includes a full stove with oven and beautiful granite countertops. The bathroom was completely remodeled with clean tiles and walk in shower. The private bedroom has the King sized Beautyrest pillowtop and drawer space. There is a 26" Flat Screen TV accompanied by a ceiling fan only adding to the comfort of the bedroom. The horizontal blinds in the bedroom window allow light in without sacrificing privacy. The hot water was extremely hot, I think the water heater needed to be turned down a bit. The room was a little dark and I thought the sliding doors could have used a sheer in addition to the blackout curtain. Also, the plantation shutters in the bedroom were hard to shut and could have used a curtain. My main complaint would be the hill and steps you have to walk up to get to the building. I normally wouldn't care but I had a sore back that hindered me a little. Not all of us can spend all day at the beach.Housekeeping was rude. Upon checking out they occupied both elevators and we could not use them. We were waiting and the elevator door opened and the housekeeper said "oh sorry" and shut the doors and went down. I mean, she could have gotten out and let the guests take the elevator. We waiting about 15 minutes along with other couples trying to check out on the 4th floor. It was clean. The bathroom has been updated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area and living room space could use some updating. Not only the furniture, it’s not comfortable but the utensils & kitchen accessories provided could be improved. Very sparse pickings. Because of colder temps we spent more time in the condo than normal. I’d recommend this property but a different unit. ##### Lisa H. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Crescent Beach is beautiful Bed was inferior for sleeping and bedroom was small no place for Luggage or walking space. The kitchen not equipped for cooking or storage Not even a frying pan for eggs or a containers to store fruit or leftovers There was a dollar store across the street for necessary items The unit was not cleaned well when we arrived. i had to wash the entire floor and the cabinets were full off old opened food items! management simply refused to clean floor and make it right. Ricky was rude and disrespectful. Pool is small and always crowded and never enough furniture for amount of people. The property is older but tidy and maintained on the outside. Washer and dryer inadequate for the building size , rusty and old. they were on second floor of the four floor building. I refused to use them.
