Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

This 3rd Floor Balcony Suite has been refreshed with a cool vibe. A perfect location in the center of the building, this condo is a new kind of coastal cool. There is a leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a 32" flat screen TV and extra drawer space in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a two burner stove top and all the standard kitchen amenities. The private bedroom is tiled and has a Queen sized mattress and a 26" Flat Screen TV. This condo is cheery and comfortable and just might be your favorite beach side retreat.
This condo will allow Dogs up to 60lbs with a Max of 2 dogs. No Cats or Birds allowed. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.

Reviewer Comments: Beacher’s Lodge was well located a drive from historic St Augustine & the lighthouse, and on a beautiful beach on the ocean with a heated pool as well. Our pet friendly rooms slept 4 cozily and had a comfortable kitchen and bathroom, with WiFi and TV for movie nights. We had everything we needed from room service and will return.

Most important was that we were able to bring our small pet. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but when we did, it was comfortable.

Unpleasant

The good, the view was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the shower head was nice…the bad…constant bugs crawling on kitchen counter and other places. They sprayed after I was there for 4 days but it didn’t help. The overall place was shabby, rust throughout, peeling paint, floor boarder around all walls was old and dirty. There was no broom or any type of vacuum which is odd seeing your bringing sand in everyday from the beach. I asked the front desk if they could drop one off and they said yes but it never showed. One of the bath cabinet doors was broken. Could use a door stop for very heavy front door when carrying luggage in and out. The overall place is very small but that wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t have all the other issues.

If you love the ocean and walking along the shore, there isn't a better place to do this. The Lodge has excellent management and responds immediately to any concerns. The cleaning staff makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We highly recommend it as a place to stay. Each unit is owned and designed by its owner. 319 is a good place to stay. We recommend the Lodge to everyone we know.

We looked out our beachfront window, hearing the waves, smelling the fresh air 24/7.The place also has great Management. Shout outs to Shannon, Jill, Paulette and the rest of the staff. The maintenance staff is easily accessible for any problems within our unit. The pool when all the heaters were functioning was a wonderful place to play, exercise, get some sun. Our Unit was very nicely decorated. I have happily recommended Beacher's to many friends.

A wonderful getaway.

Condo was well equipped. But I didn't cook a thing. Wonderful restaurants close by. 319 is in the very center of building. You have to go up flight of steps or ramp to get to elevators. Elevators are at each end of building.

Spring break

Communication with the property manager was quick and accurate and the lady at check in was really nice and had no trouble even though we didn’t get there until 8:30 pm. We enjoyed our stay. Love the easy beach access and pool area and the condo was small but perfect for our needs.

Beacher’s Lodge Rental

However, I stayed for a month and this unit is not equipped for guests staying that long. It does not have an oven as stated in the description. It has an old toaster oven on top of the refrigerator.There is no counter space in the kitchen to prep any food.There is no dishwasher either. The small table and chairs there are wobbly and uncomfortable. The fan in bathroom does not work. This is a dog friendly property which is great. The price I was quoted online was suppose to be with a fee for the dog but when I arrived I was told I needed to pay an additional fee. For a week this place works but I would call them to make sure you are getting everything it states and to avoid any discrepancies.

Only downsides were one of our AC units wouldn’t let us increase the temperature, so we had to cycle it on and off, and the pull out bed was not very comfortable, but what sofa bed is??
