Oceanfront Balcony | Crescent Beach St. Augustine | King Bed | Suite 203

  • Condo Notice: Our condo association has a planned property project schedule for Oct. 2026 - Dec.2026. There is a possibility that this could push into Jan. 2027. We anticipate workers being on property, but not inside condos, during the weekdays, from 7am to 7pm. Noisy work is permitted from 8am to 6pm. There will not be any work on weekends, nor Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve though New Year's Day)

    Experience unforgettable sunrises and sea breezes from our private balcony overlooking the ocean and pool on Crescent Beach in historic St. Augustine, the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy vacations .

    For your convenience our unit 203 has a living room area with a comfortable Sofa, a Lazy boy recliner and a huge flat screen TV. (Sofa has a queen-size sleeper bed for 2 more guests )

    Our Kitchenette has all the amenities you could ask for including a full-size Refrigerator , Stovetop , Mini oven ,Microwave , Drip coffee maker, Dishware , Pots pans and more . A dinette table and chairs are provided for your convenience .

    The private bedroom features a King bed and a flat screen and a full Bathroom.

    Daily housekeeping services are provided at no charge .
